What is TEN TEN Entertainment?
Ten Ten was developed by musician/entrepreneur Mississauga native, Michael "Mike Cannz" Cannataro and Emtee Music Group. Ten Ten prides itself in being an elite entertainment company focused on assisting artists in the development and promotion of their confidence through live performance. Ten Ten's premier services include their showcases, where artists are given a platform to grow as live entertainers. Artists also have the opportunity to build their live sets with Ten Ten, tour and throw their own Ten Ten-managed private events, release parties and performances. In 2026, Ten Ten announced a new showcase event that will also involve a networking component giving up and coming artists the ability to connect with industry professionals. Michael "Mike cannz" cannataro
Michael Cannataro, professionally known as Mike Cannz, is a middle-class Canadian artist motivational speaker and entertainment entrepreneur from Mississauga, Ontario. Mike is best known for his musical endeavours which includes his events company, Ten Ten Entertainment, where he gives local musicians the opportunity to perform. Prior to music, Cannz also ventured into acting where he starred in the featured film “Hostage.” Since 2020, Mike Cannz has been an inaugural artist managed by Emtee Music Group.
As a child, Mike Cannz struggled in excelling in school. His teachers were concerned in his ability to be successful as a student. As a precautionary mode of action, Mike’s parents would take him in for a medical check up where they would later find that he was losing hearing in both his ears. At the age of five he would go through a surgery which would insert two tubes into his ears to amplify the sounds he was hearing. Luckily, the surgery was a success and Mike had regained what would later become the tools for his future career in music.
As the youngest of three, Mike was always the dreamer. While his brothers would continue building solid professional careers in justice and finance, Mike desired to be creative. In high-school, Mike began spending his time in the drama room as a member of the drama club. His love for acting became evident as he continued cultivating this new outlet to express his creativity.
Mike went to Sheridan College for Performing Arts program for one year for theatre and then two years at Seneca College for Acting for Film & Voice which led to Mike booking multiple roles including the lead male role in the featured film titled “Hostage.” Mike has also been seen making cameos in commercials for The CFL (Canadian Football League) and Bell Media.
In 2018 Mike met Brian TJ and Mic Tee executives for the Toronto based label and management company, Emtee Music Group. This meeting led to a partnership that would make Mike Cannz, Emtee Music Group’s inaugural artist at its official launch in 2020. Together, Mike Cannz and Emtee Music Group have had multiple releases which includes three projects.
In 2021, Mike Cannz was nominated and won the Mississauga Music Award for Best New Solo Artist. That same year, with the assistance of Emtee Music Group, Mike Cannz launched Ten Ten Entertainment which initially launched as a marketing service company for independent artists but later on developed to become the largest artist showcase in Peel Region.
Today, Ten Ten Entertainment has developed into a live show company, giving artists the opportunity to perform live in a professional setting and additional live performance development services alongside Emtee Music Group. In 2023, Ten Ten Entertainment was nominated and won the Mississauga Music Award for best local promoter.
Mike Cannz is currently developing the next stages of Ten Ten Entertainment and Mike Cannz Entertainment as he preps the introduction of a new venture called Xperience Projects (X-Projects), a series of experiential events, bringing new and unique ways to enjoy the weekends and life. Mike is also part owner of food services company, Peppered By PERI.
